Congratulations to Lisa and Chip!

It's been a busy year for us with the relocation of our studio to Savannah, getting settled into our "new" old house, and still keeping up with the demands of family. We wanted to catch up on some of our wedding session work here on the blog by congratulating one of our favorite couples of the year -- Chip and Lisa Hoover!

Recently, we had the opportunity to make some beautful bridal portraits for Lisa before they headed off to their destination wedding. You can view the slideshow here. Here are a few of our favorites!

Monday - Picture of the Day

David and I dodged a summer thunderstorm to get out to the Tybee Island beach. We love watching the way the lighthouse transforms from day to dusk to nighttime. Enjoy!

Engagement Session on River Street, Savannah

Just a few shots from the engagement photo shoot that we finished on Sunday morning at River Street in Savannah. Ben and Stephanie are getting married in December at the University of Georgia Chapel. I can't wait -- I know it's going to be a lot of fun.

April 24, 2006 Wedding

David and I shot a lovely wedding this past Saturday at the Statesboro First Methodist Church. The dark clouds and rain stayed away long enough for us to get some very beautiful pictures of our charming couple, Abbie and Brad. We'd like to thank the folks at the Statesboro Inn and Restaurant for letting us come over to their courtyard to take these beautiful pictures.

Leigh and Charlie's Engagement Session

Last Saturday, I had the pleasure of photographing Leigh and Charlie's engagement session. We were lucky to have a beautiful warm, breezy day at the gazebo in Whitfield Park. Leigh and Charlie are sweet, charming, and a sheer delight to be around. I can't wait for the wedding! Here are some of my favorites...

Yeah! It is all about me!

Okay, so I guess we all thought so when we were three years old! We had the opportunity to photograph Ryla in Atlantic Park . What a fun shoot with a wide open three year old! Her expresisons are just priceless.

Diana Blogs!

At long last Diana Blogs! is live. Welcome, this is where you can see the world as I see it through the lens of my cameras. I am a portrait lifestyle and wedding documentary photographer based in Savannah who travels the world to photograph beautiful places and interesting people and things. The blog is mostly a place that I can share my travels and experiences with my friends, family, and clients. More importantly, its a place where I can put a few of my own words to the things I love enough to photograph.
